The development of this site is an ongoing exercise. The site was initially developed off-line without the benefit of any outside input. We had to rely completely on our own ideas about what visitors need. Thankfully now that the site is online, the site's users can provide us with some guidance. When a visitor tells us what site content helped them, it encourages us to create more. Finding out what areas of the site really suck big time, pushes us to make improvements.
