This book provides a fairly comprehensive overview of the issues involved in creating and running a successful online store. Although it has lots of do's and don'ts it is not a how-to manual. Its strength is in the detailed overview it provides. If you have thought about creating a store on the web you should read this book. With alot of practical advice it explains all the areas you'll need to address. At the outset of planning a web store you should know this stuff. If you don't you'll face many challenges that could have been avoided.
