This page is a variation on the DesignStop.Com "Splash" theme. Within your site you can use both backgrounds to add variety and a touch of sophistication.

This background should only be used on pages that aren't very long. The background tile is 38 pixels wide and 852 pixels tall and based on a horizontal repeat.. If your content scrolled down 852 pixels you'd find the tile repeats itself - you'd see another band of sky and waves. Thus on those pages where your content rambles it is better to use the background that has waves running down the left side - that tile repeats vertically every 39 pixels creating the wave effect. It could repeat forever and you wouldn't notice that it is a tile unless you put on content that is wider than 1074 pixels - it's horizontal repeat.
