Advice On Photo Editing An Easier Way

twice as much fun as other graphics programs!

I call this 30k example "The Twins". I created it from an image of one young woman. When most people think of touching up a photo they don't usually turn to a vector graphics program like Xara X. I believe more should!

Xara X is considerably easier to learn and use than Adobe PhotoShop or PaintShop Pro. It is amazingly powerful without being complicated - truly remarkable for such an inexpensive program.

I had a lot of fun creating the graphic. It was Xara's software that made it fun. It is so incredibly flexible and it facilitates trying different things. I find it really comforting to know I can try something and be able to easily undo the changes if it isn't as successful as I might have hoped. The program is very forgiving.

The above graphic makes extensive use of Xara's transparency effects. It really is those capabilities that make it possible to successfully perform photo editing effects with the program. I should point out that other vector graphics programs don't share Xara's advanced, easy to use, capabilities with transparencies. Give it a try - you won't regret it!
